The architectural study concerns a new residential complex in the area of Pyrgos Halepas, in Chania. The new building consists of two floors, with three apartments per floor and a basement. The apartments are intended for long-term lease, so the design of the spaces is shaped by simple design solutions, emphasizing function, and meticulous details. The design options in combination with the materials create spaces of minimalist aesthetics, without discounts on ergonomics. Finally, for the lighting of the interior and exterior, are selected modern lighting fixtures with simple design lines, which serve the functional needs of the space and at the same time follow and complete its aesthetics.
