The architectural study concerns the design of a new hotel in Ammoudia, Preveza. The main building, is located on the plot in such a way, that all the rooms have an uninterrupted view of the beach. In addition, a smaller unit is located in the southern part of the plot, housing the reception, the bar, and auxiliary spaces. The exterior spaces are designed to accommodate, seating areas, green spaces as well as an outdoor pool. The rooms on the ground floor, are separated from the rest of the exterior with private swimming pools parallel to the volume of the main building, while the rooms on the first floor have outdoor hot tubs on the balconies. The exterior facades of the buildings are composed mainly of stone, natural wood and plaster in earth tones. The interiors follow simple design lines with light colors, creating a summer and friendly atmosphere for the visitor, while fine details in the wooden constructions give the necessary dose of luxury to the spaces.
