The study concerns the completion of an apartment complex in Patras. The complex consists of three apartment buildings where the load-bearing fame and external walls were completed when the study was undertaken. The purpose of the study is the renewal of the facades, as well as the design of the entrances and the exterior spaces. A key element of the study was also the lighting study of the facades and the surrounding area, in order to highlight the complex during the night. Metal shaders, wooden elements, glass, and plaster are the main materials used to shape the facades, while stone and marble inlays emphasize specific parts of the building such as the central entrances. Finally, the green spaces of the exterior and on the facades of the buildings, as well as the design of the surroundings complete the architectural composition.
