The architectural study concerns the design of all the interior spaces of a 200 sq. m. house with a basement, in Preveza’s Mesopotamos. On the ground floor are placed the living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms. In the basement, there is an office, a spa, and a sauna as well as all the ancillary areas such as laundry room, parking, and storage areas. The desire of the owners was to create a luxury home with classic materials and meticulous details. The simple design lines in combination with materials such as natural wood and marble, as well as the careful selection of furniture and decorations, offer the desired luxury, in harmony with a modern design.
