Xairis Architects and Partners is an architecture and construction practice based in Athens, founded in 2020 by Thanasis Chairis.

Our goal is to provide personalized design solutions, tailor-made to our client needs and visions, focused on a high aesthetic and functional result.

Thanasis Chairis studied architecture at the Technical University of Crete and is a licensed Architectural Engineer from the Technical Chamber of Greece. He is also a graduate MA Light Designer at the Hellenic Open University. He is practicing architecture since 2011 as a freelancer and partner in different design firms.

Architecture

Our office provides complete architectural design and legal advisory services, on a wide range of projects, including hotels, residences, retail shops, and restaurants, from the initial concept to final licensing.

Lighting design

Lighting is the key element for understanding space. As a result, every project must be designed, with lighting as a primary element. Our office provides integrated lighting design services according to European and international norms.

Interior Design

We offer complete interior design services. Every interior space or renovation is designed in detail, considering specific materials and colors, custom furniture, and carefully chosen lighting fixtures, decorative and functional objects.

Construction management

We offer construction management services for every project we develop, including technical support, construction documentation, on-site supervision, and construction coordination.
